Street Fighting Moves – The Top 7 Secrets of Street Fighting

By Charles Prosper

1.  There Is No Such Thing As A Dirty Fighter – There are no rules in a street fight.  You don’t know what the other person is capable of.  You must fight viciously and “unfairly” as though your life depended upon it.

2.  He Who Strikes First Wins -  When you strike first, you have momentum at your side.  Your opponent is not attacking, he is reacting.  He is in a defensive mode.  Once you attack first, you keep attacking until he is on the ground or unconscious.

3.  Front Kick The Shins Several Times -  If you are at a stand off, one of the best kicks to administer is a front kick, hard, very hard to the shins.  Why?  Because it is a low-line kick which is hard to be seen or stopped.  The shin contains numerous nerves which when hit will practically paralyze your assailant – no matter how big he is!

4.  Aim For The Eyes As A First Strike, Then Follow Up – He cannot fight what he cannot see.  An eye rake tiger claw from the top to the bottom over the eyes will temporarily blind him – (sometimes permanently if it is done forcefully enough), so make sure that you personal safety is threatened before you commit.

5.  After Your First Two Devastating Strikes – Continue Striking – You want to create a domino effect when you are in street combat.  When you strike first, they must be very destructive and devastating blows which will be hard to recover from.

6.  Avoid High Theatrical Kicks At All Costs – People who attempt street combat using high and aerial kicks watch way too much television.  When you take to the air, you become a flying target.  If you don’t land a round house kick to the face by being too close inside of the body of your opponent, your kick will be either ineffective – or worse yet – intercepted or caught by the other guy.  Now you are at his disposal, hopping on one leg while he can easily kick your only leg that is now supporting you on the ground either breaking it or knocking you hard to the concrete.

7.  When In Doubt – Bite! – Biting is the lost art of down and dirty street combat survival fighting.  You used to do it instinctively when you were a kid in elementary school.  Hell!  Use it now!  If an opponent gets you in a front bear hug and you growl into his ear, then bite it – hard – and don’t let go.  I guarantee that the shock value that you will create in him will cause a temporary state of panic – and no matter how big he is – you will scare the fight out of him.
