		<description>&lt;b&gt;getting back in shape for brazilian jiu-jitsu wrestling judo?????? tips on gradually getting in great shape?&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;i went to state championships 2 yrs in a row made it to finals and placed 6th in california my junior year 2003 for folkstyle wreslting in highschool. 

that was a long time ago i was training for a triathlon and now i have not been taking care of myself been drinking and smoking cigs and smoking pot. im over it i want to get into grappling again but i need endurance and core strength?

helppppp! any tips about gradually getting back into fitness i get winded so easily now.

Besides, though I&#039;m a wrestler myself, I just don&#039;t see the point of going to the ground in self-defense if you know how to avoid it. I think its easier to kick in the balls, or crane somebody, or joint lock along those lines.</description>
